Opal Sands

About this set I know there are no actual opal stone shapes in this set, but the swirl of colors reminds me of one type of opal. There are others, of course. I own a really beautiful 'fire opal' and may even create a set with images from that stone. (Just have to give that new digital camera a whirl!)
Little fact for you..opals are one of the most brittle natural gemstones, and to avoid having them break from dryness (which has happened to me before) apply a light coat of baby oil on them once a week.

I know, I know, I'm really addicted to creating graphic elements as opposed to general links. But I think the cute little books and such are far more appealing.
To obtain this set in a zip file, click the afore-mentioned cute little envelope up there or click here to send an email. Please be sure to mention who you are and where you plan to use this set. Please read our terms of use before you contact us.

Design notes:   Rendered in PSP 6, Super Blade Pro and KPT3. Some dingbats purchased through Makambo. Font used is 'Atlantis' and is available through FontEmpire. Both the envelope and guestbook with inkpen were hand...er, mouse drawn myself. The house images were rendered from a fantastic freeware dingbat I got from Exposed Pixels. She has some really great stuff, and although doesn't require a link back is too good to miss!
